What's to say? I'm just another kid wandering around the Internet, loving on a couple of fandoms and keeping in a permanent under-the-radar state. I'm a homeschool student of no great merit and a violinist of (hopefully) a little bit more. The violin is one of my major passions, even though constant slacking has put something of a damper on my efforts. But I do try. D: Orchestra makes the world a better place to live in, and one goal of mine is to get much better at playing and eventually get involved in a real orchestra- that is,as a job and such. Working in music would be a dream job for me, so I'm gonna keep trying (the keyword here) to work harder at that.

And, um, there's not much to tell, really. I suck at schoolwork, like to read, start fanfics with the best of intent and then never finish them, fantasize like a lunatic, and am a devout shipper of several pairings. (Rocketshipping, of course, being my number one. Any and all variants of the pairing are A-OK by me, my current favourite usually being determined by what mood I'm in. I could go a little more in-depth, but that would likely end up a drawn out, starry eyed, rambling, twenty-minute essay about each little detail concerning the ship because it's just so gosh darn fun. I've also devoted way too much of my time to this ship. n_n d ) And even though I'm a huge Pokemon fan, --particularly of Brock, Team Rocket, and several individual pokemon-- and a fledgling Discworld aficionado, Star Trek is currently my number one opiate.

Er, fandom.

And yes, I'm talking about the original series. While I've watched and liked two of the other series, VOY and TNG (saw ENT and didn't care for it, and TNG has actually lost much of its charm lately), there's no comparison. The orignal stands out to me in a way the others don't, holds a lot of special meaning for me, so I tend to stick to this fandom. The episodes are more fun to watch over and over again, anyhow. ;)

Oh, and I'm a dedicated Treasure Planet fanatic. As it was both my first serious fandom AND the only movie I've ever watched that felt like it was *made* with me in mind --seriously, every aspect could have come from some specific daydream of mine-- I can't see any reason to quit. Love that film. <3

Outside of fandom, I've got a nice job, a computer, some pent-up frustrations, a hot-air corn popper, anger issues, Pokemon Diamond, and I'm also in love with the sound of my own voice (but you probably didn't need to be told that). College is looming, and that should prove... interesting, and overall, I'd say things are good. =)
